Study visit to EU partner universities and analysis of best practices was held in Reggio Calabria, Italy 4-6 July 2022.
The Study Visit commenced at The Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria which was organized by prof. Paolo Porto. After the welcome note and opening remarks, prof. Paolo Porto and prof. Kazimierz Banasik showed some of their work as Examples of soil erosion and torrent control. On the second day, the Excursion to the torrential catchment Menta, the reservoir, and the check-dams in Aspromonte and torrential catchment Ferraina was organized. On the third day, the experimental catchments in Crotone were visited.
