Implementation of developed curricula and training
Developed master curricula can be applied after the decision of Commitee for acreditation and control quality. The bachelor programme with new and improved subjects can be applied after the decision of university/faculty bodies. Teacher trainings for the implementation of new subjects will be organized after the adoption of programs and will be implemented by the university members from EU countries. Student trainings for program implementation will also be organized at each of the partner universities. In these trainings students will be introduced to the changes made by the program and trained for their implementation. According to the improved programs, there will also be trainings for graduates, in cooperation with the chambers of engineers and water management and forestry companies. Classes in all subjects will be held with the use of modern teaching methods and ICT tools. The equipment procured by the project will be installed in laboratories. The teaching material will be available on the website and in the library. In addition to that, professional practice for students shall be organized in companies through chambers of engineers/ engineering associations.

Activities
Curricula with new and modernized subjects will be applied after the University/Faculty Authority has made a decision on that in the school academic year 2020/2021. The application of the improved curricula will be performed by reference teachers. The equipment purchased for the needs of the Project will be used for the implementation of the new subjects.
The implementation of the master program starts by enrolling students in the school academic year 2020/2021. Teaching in the master program will be held as a block lesson teaching process at the University of Belgrade Teaching base- Goč Mountain. Consultation with students, study and research work and master work will be held in planned terms with professors at UB in Belgrade. The master curricula will be promoted at the universities in the second semester of the school/academic year 2019/2020 when trainings are organized for the students who will enroll in the study years according to master studies.
The evaluation of the syllabuses of the new and modernized subjects will be conducted by the teachers of the EU partner countries P7, P9 and by those from Macedonia, P8. Students will also be evaluating the programs and special questionnaires will be created for that purpose. The questionnaires will be prepared by the teachers at Serbian and Bosnian-Herzegovinian universities in cooperation with the other project participants.
Report on the quality of developed master and improved bachelor programme shall be submitted by P4 (UBL-B&H), who is the WPL. Separately from that, QAC will provide a regular report on the assessment of the quality of the curricula on the basis of the report prepared by the WPL. The Report shall contain the analysis of the results obtained from the questionnaire that will have been filled out by the students and the assessment of the EU universities’ project participants.
