Dissemination of project results
Project dissemination plan will be created until March 2019. The plan will contain detailed descriptions of all aspects of the presentation of the project and results (website, trainings, workshops, meetings, posters, flyers, brochures, social network etc.), as well as the time and manner in which it will be performed.In respect of the dissemination and the awareness of the participants of HEIs, a website will be established for the purpose of providing information to all the participants and other stakeholders. It is of great interest that expert speakers outside the consortium and different media report on the project during the workshops and meetings.
Dissemination at the local level will be organized through contacting local communities, i.e. the engineers employed at the enterprises in the water and forestry sectors, as well as local authorities. Trainings will be organized through expert lectures in the Chamber of Engineers and companies. During the training, printed promotion material for the master program will be shared with the participants. Courses for employees will be held in 13 local authorities. Education will be conducted by experts from the university through presentations regarding the new methods and technologies for soil protection against erosion and prevention of torrential floods.
The contact links and the general project information can be found on the project website. So, the project platform will be provided by displaying links to online resources. Posters, flyers and other materials will be drafted by the HEI‘s partners from the Serbian sides. The promotion of the master program will be carried out permanently and after completion of the project through the website, printed material, flyers, brochures etc. The University of Niš (UNI) will be monitoring and coordinating dissemination activities.

Activities
The Project website will be created at the beginning of the project. The creation of the website will be undertaken in cooperation with the Project Coordinator. The Website will contain all the elements of the Project and will enable the exchange of information available to Project Participants and also to all those interested at HEIs. Once created, the website will be maintained until the end of the implementation of the Project.
WPL for WP5 will organize the preparation of the Plan of Dissemination of Results in cooperation with the other Serbian and Bosnian-Herzegovinian universities. The Dissemination Plan will first be adopted by the PMU and subsequently by the SC. The Plan will contain the promotion of the improved programs, the preparation of promotional materials, the training plan for target groups and so forth.
The promotional material creation is defined by the Dissemination Plan. The promotional material will contain leaflets, flyers, brochures and other forms of printed material for the purpose of curricula promotion. The materials will be distributed to potential students from within the high-school student population, as well as to students at the faculties of the universities for enrolling in the master studies. The promotional material will also be prepared for the purpose of informing engineers and local communities about the organized training courses in education in the field of prevention from torrential floods.
UNI-Serbia is the WPL for WP5, and together with the other participants on the Project from Serbia and B&H, they will prepare a training plan to be implemented at chambers of engineers, enterprises and local governments. The Training Plan will be adopted by the PMU and the SC.
Trainings for employees and engineers will be conducted according to the Plan at engineers’ associations and enterprises. The Water and Forest Enterprises in the territory of Serbia (5 enterprises) and in the territory of B&H (2 enterprises) have been selected for the said trainings.
The Training Plan stipulates that, in the territory of Serbia, trainings will be conducted in 9 local governments, and that in the territory of B&H, the said trainings will be conducted in 4 local governments. The trainings will be lasting for 1 day. They will encompass the presentations of the latest knowledge and good practices of the EU included in the syllabuses of the subjects master study and of the improved programs from within the field of prevention from torrential floods.
